 Withdrawal information & withdrawal form

We offer a 14-day return of your order.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

 

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

 

Exercise of the right of withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Glittery Shop, Margaretenstraße 2a, 71034 Böblingen, Germany, Email: support@glittery-shop.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

We do not charge any fees for the refund. However, we reserve the right to refuse the refund until the goods have been received back by us or if the goods have not been returned in perfect condition. Items that have already been worn are excluded from withdrawal.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund of the value of the goods, either in the form of a voucher for our shop or as an exchange of the goods. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, piercings (real and fake), eyelashes (lashes), mystery boxes, and boobie covers. Personalized products, such as initial necklaces, as well as items from the sale and clearance are also excluded from withdrawal. Vouchers cannot be revoked either.

If the products arrive damaged, please contact our support within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, there is no claim for compensation.

 

Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

Decrease in value of the goods

If a decrease in value of the goods occurs, you are only responsible for this loss if it is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We are not liable for the loss of returns or for damage during transport. Therefore, we recommend sending the return securely and insured.

 

General notes:

Avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging parts. If possible, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging that protects the goods from transport damage.

Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

Please note that the mentioned points 1 and 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
